Analysts think that the double happiness fully shows that Jonway has gone through the hardest start-up period after 7 years of efforts and accumulation, has gained rich practical experience in the auto market, and is entering a new stage of leapfrog development.
A380 AT launching,Jonway broadens product line
Seven years ago, Zhejiang Jonway Group, which focused on precision manufacturing sectors such as automobile, motorcycle, automotive and motorcycle fittings, and air compressor, determined to enter the competitive passenger vehicle manufacturing industry and aimed at RV segment. Following introduction, the first three-door RV Paisaje with Mitsubishi high-power 2.4L engine soon found favor with young users by its fashionable and individualized appearance and solid technical quality, with sales on the increase, making Jonway China’s first city RV model manufacturer. Afterwards, Jonway further intensified model development and introduced 1.6L, 1.8L and 2.0L A380 five-door series. Now, these models not only sell well at home, but are exported to 24 countries and regions such as Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.
Today, Jonway saw the release of new model A380 AT, which will further enhance and enrich its product lines, sharpen its competitiveness in the auto market, and make possible and help with the internal optimization of its production layout.
According to the source, A3801.8 AT inherits A380’s original dynamic appearance, maintains technical maturity and is prominent in other aspects such as appearance, space, safety, handling, power and fuel economy. 1.8L/AT has a maximum output power of 105KW/6,500rpm (equivalent to 143hp) and a maximum output torque of 165Nm/5000rpm; adopts 4AT (four-speed transmission), and brings in the function of cruise control to make drive smoother.
Industry insiders think that A3801.8 AT demonstrates Jonway’s tremendous capacity for independent development and innovation strength. As another showing of Jonway’s strength in independent R & D, A3801.8 AT is expected to become represent Grade-B city SUVs by its outstanding product quality and good service reputation.
Besides, A3801.8 AT is to go on the market in October, which will fill in an AT gap for Jonway.
